Setting up my appointments was very easy. The manager worked with my work schedule to come to an agreement on what time would be best to have tires mounted and balanced on both mine and my wife's vehicle. I scheduled my vehicle for 4:00 Wednesday and my wife's for 4:00 Thursday. Both days I received a call roughly one and a half hours later informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival they informed me of the work performed and any recommendations they had pertaining to the maintenance of my vehicles. To have a total of eight tires installed on two vehicles they cost was around $230.

Went to purchase a tire and was not greeted, bumped into intentionally and not given options other than the highest possible tire they had. I had to ask for any other options and it was as if I was an inconvenience.

I had three bad experiences in a row.04/06/23: I requested/purchased the car care pkg, which of course includes a batt. check. The only recs were air filters and tires (which I wasn’t verbally informed of but it was on the list of recs).5/13/23: Stranded in an area I knew NO ONE because my battery was DRAINED. I passively mentioned (didn’t tag) Firestone in a tweet responding to another user, and they sent my information to the GM. He was apologetic and rectified the issue to my satisfaction.06/29/23: I went for an oil change. I was contacted by C*****a who said it was rec’d that I get 3 tires (I had one replaced at another location because it had a leak). I got the tires. My mother picked up my car for me. She contacted me and said she had to ask one of the techs to wipe down the mess that was made in the car. I get the car myself and see that there were oil stains in various places in the car. I contacted the GM, and again, he offered to fix the issue in the same way as before. However, I said that’s fine and I will accept that, but ultimately I would rather not have issues every time I go.08/09/23: I went to another loc because I hit something on the interstate and had to have a tire replaced. They rec’d air filters so I had the engine air filter replaced.09/21/23: I took it in for an oil change and car car pkg because I felt I needed an alignment. (Additionally, I felt that I needed brakes WEEKS ago, but I figured since they weren’t rec’d, I was OK.) As it turns out, my rear brakes were down to almost nothing. I was quoted 510.95 for that job alone. It was also rec’d that I replace BOTH air filters — so either the other location didn’t do it or they were lying to me. You just never know because you’re not able to watch them. They could bring out a dummy filter that they show everyone, I don’t know! At any rate, I only got what I requested and had my brake job done elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. After they bring my car out, I open the door and see that they left a soiled rag in my car. I took it inside the store and threw it away because I simply did not feel like dealing with them anymore. I walk back to the vehicle and notice splatter on my car! At this point, I was livid. I decided to leave instead of engage with them any further. Things started to seem intentional. I completed the survey and the GM reach out, but I no longer wish to keep running back to the problem to fix the problem.

Horrible service at this Firestone location. Slow as molasses, even when you schedule an appointment.

Awesome Service People, and I ended up having to have 2 different people help me out with two different things. Only because I remember when I was done with the first thing that I needed something else....lol....Thank you for helping me out with everything... great experience

Great place that is trusted and the manager there Joe, is a good man. Has always helped me and I can highly recommend. Customer service is great. I trust them with my vehicle needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We are traveling from TX to TN. Discovered we had an anti freeze leak. Called around and they were the first to say they would help. I believe it was David & Joe who took care of us and they went above and beyond! Took it in and they diagnosed rather quickly on a late Friday afternoon. Unfortunately they were not able to get the parts in (they called around and tried) and helped us on the next steps to get down the road. Suggested we need to take to Ford Dealership for the one of the parts that is harder to find. They were very helpful and compassionate for the situation that we were in.

Best service team ever! I had a flat tire near Jackson, MS while moving from Virginia to Texas. The service counter scheduled me in, put a new tire on, and had me back on the road immediately. Thank you so much - you guys are amazing!!

Thanks to David and Joe for the great service and getting me in. Traveling through on work and my truck had a bad tire, they worked me right in and got me back on the road quickly. Judging by other reviews this is not new with these guys! Great service! Hopefully I won’t be back but if so I know I’ll be taken care of!

I scheduled a last minute appointment for Saturday for an alignment...I received a call early Saturday morning saying the time I selected wasn't available but they could still get me in for Saturday. After, reading many of the reviews, I was hesitant about even keeping the appointment. However, when I arrived (earlier than scheduled) they were so accommodating. Cindy (I think was her name at the front desk) was the sweetest and David came in and assured me they would get me in and taken care of as soon as possible. Incredible service..... my teenage daughter and her friends were traveling through when they blew a tire at closing time. Your staff was kind enough to stay late and replace their tire getting them back on the road. Dave, Thank You for staying late on your Birthday and being late to your dinner. Dave is the absolute best! Firestone’s employees were beyond kind and helpful.My friends and I were traveling a 14 hr car ride home and blew our tire in Pearl. They helped us replace our tire, stayed overtime, and it was even Dave’s birthday! :( Couldn’t be more thankful for their patience and help!Service: Tires
