Went in for an issue on my Yukon, determined it was the starter. From testing it to repair to out the door in about an hour. Fast service, friendly staff and clean facility. Will be returning.

We have been using Fowler service department since 2015 when we bought our 1st Yukon. I travel 2 hours just to bring my car to this service department because the service has always been excellent. JR Ponder(Service Advisor) and Marsha Oxner(Assistant Service Manager) have always gone above and beyond to make sure we always have an excellent experience and they have always gone beyond customer service and have treated us more like family! It’s because of them and the service techs that keep my vehicle in great running condition that I will continue to use Fowler Buick-GMC.

Jeremy was wonderful! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and let’s just say, it wasn’t as stressful as I thought. I found the vehicle I was in interested in and was determined to not spend over a certain amount as well as I knew exactly what I wanted in it. I called Jeremy in pearl on a Tuesday, by Friday I had test drove my new Coco and made it mine. Jeremy thank you so much for all your time and patience and taking car my needs.
