What a rip off! Outrageous price for a CHURCH thrift store that gets their inventory for FREE from donations. I don’t believe their mission is to help people in need. Isn’t the purpose of a thrift store is to help poor people who can’t afford buying new things? There is nothing but greediness here. Stay away

Dont have as much as they used to. Very chaotic. So much furniture just piled up can't really see what they have.

I love Steve and the guys in the back... BUT….Today I picked some decorative jars out of a box and when I got to the register, she told me it would be $10. I said this has a $.50 cent sticker on it. She then told me that is not their price. This place gets donations for FREE. The least they could do is honor the previously paid sticker price for their customers. It made me feel so “out of place.”

Don’t waste your time here. $9 for used children’s crocs and $30 for used tennis shoes.

This place is a rip off! If you pick out something that was donated from a garage sale and have to dig in the 110 heat index get to check out and the cashier loves what you got they Jack up the price so you don't buy it and they get it! I'll never go back to this rip off place again!

A great big thank you to Cassandra and the staff for helping me today when I almost had a heat stroke. Cassandra' s quick and constant attention saved me from making a 911 call.

I loved shopping there but here lately the guy we have to track down for pricing, sets prices too high. He is the reason your store is still full of furniture. He quoted me $60 for a three drawer dresser that was small and needed a lot of repairs. Facebook marketplace had better furniture at cheaper prices. This is a thrift store, not Miskellys. People who can’t afford high dollar furniture shop thrift, and thanks to the guy who works for you, those people can’t even afford thrift. He could also use a class in manners. Nothing is priced in the entire store so if you are budget shopping, then good luck. You have to go all the way to the front and ask for a price. And heaven forbid you ask a worker on the floor a price because the cashier is gonna give you a totally different price. I’m not sure who owns or manages this store but it needs more than a face lift. It needs a whole new staff. I’m sure you will read my review and do nothing but I won’t be returning or sending people your way until it’s fixed.

All good furniture that come in the manager Quince put his name on it as sold to someone else, however the furniture sits there for months until someone he wants buys it from him! It should be first come! No way to do business or run a business! He is making more money than Gateway.

I go to Gateway about 3 times a month. I like walking through the back of the store. The prices are kinda high, but, I go for the bulk deals. I get one price for everything in my buggy. Service can be a bit sketchy, depending upon the day, time and weather conditions. If the goodwill store in pearl was bigger, I'd probably go there or hit yardsales instead.

Wow. Hands down my favorite thrift store. Tons of items ranging from clothes to toys to furniture to outdoor items. Definitely need a few hours to go through the place. Semi-organized. INSANELY CHEAP PRICES. most of the items are recent, especially the baby items. I bought a bunch of items that are still being sold in stores. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I really had a good time exploring the store. Found some treasures and made a friend. Met some really nice people. I will be going back to hunt for more treasures to me. Remember, it's only a treasure, if it's dear or useful to you. My definition of treasure.
