Guitar Nails Bar & Queen Spa, located across from Office Depot and Walmart, offers a mixed experience for its customers. Many appreciate the exceptional staff and the clean, sanitary environment, especially noting the proper sterilization of utensils. However, some customers have reported dissatisfaction with nail services, citing issues with uneven nails and unprofessional attitudes from technicians. One reviewer experienced a poor outcome but found resolution after speaking with the owner, who offered to fix the problem. Overall, while the spa has its strengths, potential visitors should be aware of varying service quality and are encouraged to address any concerns directly with management.
