One of the employees, wearing clear eyewear, bald guy with beard didn’t bother to help us find fiberglass filling . I watched as a lady came a couple minutes afterwards and he immediately started walking with her to help find whatever she was looking for. I don’t know if anyone else may have had similar experience but They need to fix customer service honestly

Still the same as always. Wish they would stock parts to repair what they sell.

This is the place for the " need it "cheap tool. Not necessarily cheap quality, though. I have a LOT of Harbor Freight items, and I have no concerns about getting more. Sometimes you don't need a $75 wrench when a $10 will get it done,.
