In bad repair. THC odor throughout. Poorly run. Not the normal quality we are used to. Staying somewhere different.

I absolutely love the Holiday Inn express! It is the only hotel that I booked when traveling with my husband and toddler. Extra bonus is their amazing hot breakfast with a great variety!

First, the hotel is under construction and needs to be quite frankly. The room was clean, but the shower/tub filled up like a bath as I showered. The service was fair, although there was an alteration at 7:30 a.m. over the coffee not being hot. And it wasn't. There was a small piece of pizza lying on the stairs my entire stay.Rooms: The main problem with the room was the shower that filled up like a bathtub as I showered.

Nasty. Rooms are dated and dirty. Beds are lumpy and hard. Dirt and stains on light switches.. soaps not replenished… dusty .. sunflower seeds on floor… lobby staff is rude and unprofessional..

Check-in was a great, friendly, nice lady. She told us breakfast is 6:30- 9:30am.The room was nice and comfy. We woke up and made coffee. There was only one regular krup and 2 decafs. Went down to have breakfast at 6:30, and no one was there preparing breakfast. No coffee, no food, no people. Guests are all wondering where food is.So we go to the counter to complain, "Hello? Anyone here?" Nothing but crickets. No one there. It's surprising for a Holiday in Express. But that's what it is. They're going the way of LA Quinta Inns. They charge up to $200 a night for one room, and they won't pay employees enough to show up to work.Noteworthy details: No-show employees. The Hotel obviously hires based on equity, not quality. Shameful.

I am not one to complain. Fitness center isa joke, equipment is all broken. My bathroom was dirty hair all over toilet. This is privately owned so that should answer your question. I stay at Holiday inn all over the U.S and this one is by far the worst. STAY AWAY!!!!!Noteworthy details: It is a complete dump..

The hotel room itself isn’t that pleasing on the eye but comfortable. I must say I was skeptical but they where great over achievers when it came to the stay itself. I always make sure I get a place that offers breakfast because I leave for work so early so it’s very convenient but that’s not the kicker. I was shocked the they serve real eggs unlike other places I have stayed that was pleasing to to eye as far as looks of the room. You can tell the breakfast was not a pop in the microwave type and they offered so much good variety that taste like home cooking. The staff was nice and engaging watching over making sure no one did anything unsanitary and the area was clean and well presented. The ladies for most part were nice at the counter…there were a couple that wasn’t talkative and seemed like they didn’t feel like working or being bothered and no smile or a hello but that’s ok. Unlike all the other places I’ve stayed… this place cleaned my room every day. Other places want you to ask for service or they will tell you the rooms are serviced every 2-3 days sometimes 4 hence Resident Inn… not to know them but they cost way more for less quality hence the breakfast and lazy cleaning. The negative side internet is super slow and it takes a long time for the elevator to come. I couldn’t give it a 5 due to cosmetic look overall, friendliness, the gossip of workers every morning at the front desk, the couple that wasn’t friendly and the poor internet.

This is a decent hotel for a one night stay. unfortunately my neighbors were up drinking and yelling till 1:30 in the morning when I had to get some rest. I personally had a knock on their door because telling the front desk didn’t result in anything. Other than some of the outdated design and features it was a pretty good hotel. The breakfast was one of its better qualities. they did offer a complimentary upgrade because my IHG status. The King suite is featured in my pics.

I was a little skeptical about coming to particular location but proceeded anyway. This was a room that looked old and very low quality.
