About Marshalls
Marshalls has lots of variety and generally great prices on clothing, household goods, shoes, and fragrances. It is a great place to deal shop and is always fun. However, it is very disorganized and confusing, with lots of broken items, too much freight on the floor, and cramped shelves. Sometimes cashiers ignore customers. The layout is a smart marketing ploy, as things are not always where you would think.

This place has great prices and friendly staff. So many items to choose from. The store is organized.

Very disorganized, lots of broken items on shelf, and when I went to check out, I just stood at counter while 2 cashiers ignored us for several minutes, and then even checked someone out who came up AFTER us, still never speaking to us during that timeframe .

Always fun to shop around in here, but sometimes it's a bit confusing since things aren't always where you'd think.
Is a smart marketing ploy, however!
