Never go there got a free phone paid $112.00 with $50.00 for the first month but never worked in my area took it back twice after purchasing it only to be told I couldn't get a refund or exchange the phone I was always told well it works now of course it worked there I was standing in the store and worst employee ever

Worse ever employee. Called to check whether she has iphone or not and answer was “you need to come to store to check that”. I did told I am 45 minutes far so why should I drive there to see whether you have it or not and waste my 90 minutes if you dont have but she was like does not matter you need to come to store. There is no way she is gonna tell on phone. What is purpose to have phone if you dont answer.

the reason why I'm giving this MetroPCS or five-star is because the lady that was there the Sunday she really tried to help me to the point where she couldn't help me anymore you ain't going downstairs but I do give a one-star for the members of management not answering her calls when she needed help.

I've been with Metro before and I didn't like there services the only reason I went back with them because Boost Mobile left pearl I've been trying to sign up for ACP program after two months still haven't received it where as I got approved at Boost Mobile the same day

Don't go here. Never have phone selections. Customer service is horrible. They had this guy name Jay that was a great manager but they ran him away??. So Please don't waste the time nor drive going to this location. Horrible!!! Needs to be close down.

I notice they're store for years, and when my other service provider relocated, they welcomed me and help with new service, very helpful in many ways, savings, deals on new devices, ,,,,,, nice atmosphere
