Megan Was pretty awesome. I was unsure weather or not to choose this storage but she made my choice very easy. She answered all my questions . It’s very clean & safe . I was happy knowing she is actually at the site 3 days a week and they have cameras. Definitely would recommend them .

This storage facility is clean and secure! I was able to reserve a unit same day for a very reasonable price. They had an issue with printing my rental agreement and charging my card but I called the next day and they quickly resolved my issue. Despite the minor hang up, I would highly recommend you store your stuff here! Go see Mrs. Jean!

I absolutely love the quality of care, respect, and service I receive from 1st Stop Storage every time I enter the facility or by phone. The manager, Ms. Jean Rothery, is so helpful and understanding. If you encounter a problem, she goes far and beyond to assist and help you. I've utilized many storages in the past years, but I have to honestly say that this storage facility, along with Ms. Jean Rothery's professionalism is so far the best service I have ever encountered. I would recommend this 1st Stop Storage to anyone who needs a secure storage space.
