absolutely the best and cleanest flying J in 20 yrs as a driver
shout out to the manager on day shift was hostess with the mostess and i saw how her crew were all busy doing making the experience TOP NOTCH for everyone who entered.
no a spot , crumb ,scar anywhere anywhere every thing in order i have no reason to give undue praise but the shower ? spotless!!!
the laundry room?
spotless !!
the lounge and bathrooms? spotless.!!!
customer service? spot on !!!!
i volunteer to review what i saw as absolutely a cut above the rest

absolutely great sweet
coffee was better than all the other truck stop and I’ve seen new and good but the best i know and if this review stands out ? go mention to the manager (lady) that i was so impressed i wrote this just for her so everyone knows
parking lot great for oversized
and easy sensible parking design and fuel island … quiet but i did get a mosquito in my truck a some point but i got em handled and that never happens where i win and sleep so good i didn’t wanna leave. i know where im stopping from now on
hands down the beat in the US even the mega truck stops cant compete
the denny’s also has turkey bacon

i digress there is a sheriff lady manager on the job and has me so impressed i have to say i dont know what it was then but i do know what it is now
i am back 6 hrs later there must have been a problem before. but i got Handled …!!

The experience is very horrible service at Danny's it's not good they don't have a full menu customer service is trash My wife had to wait almost 30 minutes for a refill and the bad thing about it the waitress did not come back to the table to check to see how the food was or do you even need a refill My wife had to call the waitress to the table just to get a refill really

How do u not have the ingredients to make breakfast burritos or any breakfast at 6am on Thursday morning. The Mgr should make sure the employees have everything they need to do their jobs n make everything Flying J/ Pilot offers....CORRECTLY.

This truck stop went to straight shit. Called the law on me awhile back and said that I wasnt allowed on the premises because I was in a truck at a truck stop. Got attitude with me and everything. Don't do business here go to pilot in jackson

Well, all truck stops at this exit are not professional driver friendly. They give hotshots 2 hour parking they give semi drivers 24 hours. We had showers and bought hot food, snacks and drinks. We spent 2 nights because we moved from store during day. Well my husband went in and yes he grabbed 2 of their cups for hot water and because most places don't charge he tried to walk out with the 2 cups of hott water. Which he did pay for after he was told that they charge for the water. I go in to ask if anyone would be interested in buying a couple rings so we could get fuel because we have to run the truck for a/c and trying to get back on the road to Florida. The manager said well we not helping you try so no one wants to buy your rings. His boss finally got us a load out of here and still went back in and bought the fuel from them. But just rude to drivers

This is what I'm talking about Flying J! This location deserves all the praise. Restrooms were spotless, has ample overnight parking, & all employees were extremely helpful. Was going to a self checkout & an employee offered to check me out instead. Baby, they are doing their jobs right at this truck stop. Will most definitely be returning & always give them my business!

I really assume this pilot is one of the 10 best TStops in the entire country, MO, CA, FL, OH and this one here in MS is super clean, excellent smells in the bathrooms and there is a great variety of food, 100% recommended to stop here to rest, eat, bathe, and the manager is very very friendly, 👌👏🤝

This is hands down the cleanest and friendliest Flying J! I spoke with a cashier named Shawn and she was an absolute delight! I asked her who cleans the bathrooms... she was immediately worried that something was wrong. I said no ma'am I only mean to compliment! That bathroom was spotless! To top it off the customer service was impeccable from Shawn. Give that woman a promotion and a raise! Hope I can stop here again in the future! Thank you for a good truck stop experience, Shawn! Bless you!

There was a ton of construction, a broken shower screen, a full store, and short staffed. Mrs. Shawn stopped to help everyone, serve food, repeat shower numbers to direct traffic, and basically wore every hat in the store plus work parking lot detail all while keeping a pleasant attitude. Store #678 PAY THIS LADY some of that renovation money!!!

Welcome to Pilot/Flying J, home of the nasty funk towels. You may have to evap-o-dry after showering. This is a fairly regular occurrence, and not just at this location. It's a systemic problem across the whole country. I never have this problem at TA, Petro, Loves, or any other truck stop brand. You may want to bring your own towel. You have been warned.
