I love the Planet fitness in Pearl! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean. The members are respectful of the equipment and clean it after each use and they respect each other's space when working out. I highly recommend this gym!

I have went inside 3 times to cancel my membership. Signed the cancellation form and im still being charged. I work 2 jobs i dont have time to keep going up there to make sure they cancel my membership. I shouldn't have to keep paying.
After 10 days of reaching them through email I still have yet to receive a response from them.

Marco is the goat. I have come back 4 times with a problem that was supposedly “fixed” by the manager. Marco genuinely took his time to get my account set straight and found that I had two accounts and was being charged twice. We love him!!!!!

Marco is the guy— we had problem at the Brandon planet fitness and came to the Pearl one, Marco helped us out and now we will always come to this location instead
