This has been wonderful so far.. The face of the company has been the drivers… Jimmy S. In Shreveport and Jim in Pearl MS. Jimmy walked me through loading the POD in Louisiana. They are wonderful representatives of the company.

Ive used PODS twice to move. I couldnt be more happy with their services. One recommendation Hire helpers to pack or unload thru PODS. I hired packing help thru a local company in Tennessee and it turned out to be a bad decision. Lots of furniture scratched and doors broke off of furniture.

We had a pod container for our move, and it was a really great experience! The drivers were super friendly and on time and everything worked as it should. Super seamless experience and would definitely use again next time I move!

I ordered 2 16’ pods to be delivered in my driveway.the driver delivering my pods was Keith Coleman. It was not easy to get both pods in my driveway but Keith handled it perfectly. He was so cautious to do it perfectly. There was a small area where the wheels unloading the pod were on the edge of my grass. Keith put metal pads down and there was absolutely no damage. Not only did he do a perfect of delivering both pods but he was so friendly, accommodating and delightful to work with. His cheerful, well mannered attitude was outstanding. It was unusual for a pods delivery to be such a pleasant experience. I sure hope he come back to pick them up! Pods - you have a great employee!!!
