If you can’t do propane refills during normal hours then maybe list separate hours for that?

Zero. We rented a truck on a Wednesday to be picked up for 48 hours. We had a reservation. We go to U-Haul, wait and wait and wait while an associate doesn't even speak or ask if we need help. The manager Andrea Mixon came in and was EXTREMELY rude. She claimed she had no reservation for us and that she didn't have any truck for us. We ask if she could communicate with the other UHaul stores to see if we had gotten mixed up or if another store had a truck and she refused to even help us and just said no. So we leave, go to the UHaul right now the road, who proceeded to PULL OUR RESERVATION RIGHT UP. The guy also proceeded to tell us that SHE HAD A TRUCK AVAILABLE. She flat out lied to our face. The kind gentleman at the other location PRINTED the reservation for us and we took it back. She still claimed we could only rent the truck for 24 hours. She offered no apology or explanation. We got the truck, but only after having to go to another location and come back. I have never experienced blatant lies from a company like this. All I have to say is NEVER rent from this location, and if you have to--you better make sure you have printed proof of it.

This particular location is TERRIBLE!!! The staff is very very rude! We picked up our auto transport trailer on Friday, it was due to be brought back on Monday. Which is also a holiday. We called this morning to make sure they were open and customer service said they we closed, we we just going to bring it the next day, we get called at 6:30, 30min before they closed and they basically told us that we are going to be charged a late fee. We tried to tell the lady we'd bring it now, we just didn't know they were open and she hangs up in our faces, and we tried to call back, NUMEROUS OF TIMES AND WE WERE BEING HUNG UP ON. I will never use this location again! Poor customer service!!!!

I reserved a truck 2 weeks before my move and received a call the evening before telling me that they didn't have my truck or any trucks for that matter. The nearest truck was over an hour away from my reservation location. I understand that I may have to go to different location to get my truck, but what's the point of even having a reservation if it's at a location over an hour away.

Helping a friend out who is homeless. She added me to her account so I could pay for her. On 7/11 I paid the bill in full. They said it was paid through July 29th. On August 2nd they sent me a late notice with a $15 late fee assessed. I thought it must be a mistake so I set it aside with my bills to be paid file to address the next time I paid bills (8/15) (I didn't know there was a payment due on July 29th, this was never mentioned when I paid the bill on 7/11 and even if it was late by 4 days is it legal to assess a late fee that soon?). About that time I received another late notice with an additional $15 fee assessed. I finally called the company and requesting that the late fees be removed and I would pay the rental fee. They said only a manager would be able to do that and they took my number and said she would call me. She did not call me back and when I called again they had added a $50 lien. I asked to speak to customer service and Christie Chandler, the manager very rudely stated, "This is my shop and they will just send you back to me". In other words, if you chose to use this business you have no recourse with anyone at UHaul. I recommend finding a different company to work with where there is customer service. I believe that adding these fees (3 in a month!!!) is likely illegal. I will be filing a complint with the BBB as well.

Moving can often be a stressful experience, but my experience moving into my storage unit & renting my U-Haul was hassle-free and stress-free. Henry made the experience flow so smoothly and was able to help me troubleshoot a few issues I had along the way. So happy I picked this location! Super convenient and the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Top-notch customer service.

This U-Haul location was not a good experience. On 5/4/15 I called the local phone number for this location and was routed to the call center in Phoenix. (I didn't realize this at that time). I talked to Teak. She was helpful. When I went to pick up the truck, there was nobody at the front desk. We had to go to the Employees Only door and call out to see if anyone was there. Christy came to the front and processed the reservation. She began processing my order, then took a phone call in the middle of my process. It was someone who obviously had applied for a job. She talked about one minute then finalized my reservation. I picked up the truck at 3:30 PM. I returned the truck around 7:30 or 8:00 PM and turned in the key in the drop box. I called this morning at 11:15 to make sure everything was finalized with my reservation. I spoke with someone who told me she was at the call center. When I asked to speak to the local store, she said it would be 2-4 days before they could get back to me. She said my truck had not been checked in yet. She took my name and number and said she would send a message to the Pearl store. I called back again (local number) and got yet another person at the call center. This person listened to my issue, then she put me on hold to try to resolve the question. I asked why I had to talk to someone from Arizona when I only live about 5 miles from the store. Once she came back on the line, she began to make excuses like, "they must be very busy but they will get back with you." While I was still on the line with her, Christy from the Pearl store called me. She said the computers were down and had just come back up. She gave me my total cost and I told her my frustrations with the check-in process. Summary: 1. Inform callers they are speaking to a call center rather than the local store. 2. I understand being short staffed, but someone should be visible in the front of the store when customers walk into the location. 3. When a customer is in front of the service provider, don't interrupt their service to take a phone call, especially one regarding a job applicant. I didn't need to know this location is hiring. Thank you for allowing me to leave a review. I hope my input is helpful in improving future customer service. It is highly unlikely I will use this location again.

Really nice and somewhat helpful staff. I spoke with them over the phone and got a hitch ordered for my CR-V. We scheduled a time, and I was told that installation would take two possibly three hours. I said this was fine, but they insisted that I should drip the car off and come back to pick it up. I'm generally fine with waiting, so I attempted to wait while they installed the hitch. By hour two, it was evident that the installation would take much longer. I walked to the local KFC and upon coming back, they hardly made any progress at all. The kind lady offered me a bottle of water while I waited, but that's not what I want! I just wanted to be out in a reasonable amount of time. I got here at 10:30, it is now 3:49, and they're still installing one of the hitch components (transmission cooler). I hope this doesn't last longer. I'd give them one star, but they really are nice, albeit slow at their job, people. UPDATE: They finally finished my hitch install at 6:00 pm. That means I spent 7.5 hours at the U-Haul place. Really??? Sorry U-Haul. You get two-stars, even if you gave me a discount and are nice people.
