So let's start with the graffitti in the elevator and the mattress with either red nail polish or blood on it, along with the bedframe, laying in the hallway across from our room. It got worse from there: a dingy, dirty room with a warped floorboard sticking up about 4 inches. Sticky floor. Bare wires where the fire alarm should be. And the missing ceiling panel above the sink with exposed duct work. When I told the night clerk, who could really use a shower by the way, he refused to give us another room and drawled, "Heh, yer cat ain't gonna jump in that hole above the sink, yuk yuk." The nicest employee was the stoned guy who eventually brought a dirty piece of plastic to cover the hole, but by then we were out of there. Notable is that the manager, in confirming our refund the next day, didn't apologize or even act surprised that we didn't stay. This hotel needs one of two things: a total makeover and new staff, or a wrecking ball. Ramada used to be top shelf but has taken a serious downhill slide. If you're a Wyndham rewards member, skip this one for sure and go stay at La Quinta instead. It was less expensive and a five star rating across the board.

First time staying at a Ramada. It’s a business trip & wasn’t my choice, however, I stood in the front waiting for someone to check me in for over 15 mins. No one came to the desk after I rung the bell repeatedly so I called the number on Google and they tried buzzing the front desk. The phone rings extremely loud. Still, no one showed until 5 mins later of constant ringing. The lady didn’t even apologize or acknowledge me. She just asked for my phone number. After driving all day, it would be nice to have a smooth check-in. Haven’t seen the rooms yet.

As a frequent business traveler & Wyndham frequent stay member, I highly recommend another property. This older & outdated is not a value for the room cost. There are multiple other hotel properties within minutes that will make for better choices.

We reserved a room a week prior. They canceled us 1 1/2 hrs b4 we arrived so they could rent it at a higher price. We had traveled 7 hrs on a cross-country trip with 2 very cranky kids. Very sketchy staff and not be trusted.

I'm going to make this brief straight to the POINT!!! MANAGER TWANDA her KINDNESS made me stay here, went on a Breast Cancer Support Cruise ? TWANDA made sure airport shuttle was available for me...breakfast needs to have better choices....how do you work the shower ? but overall (C) last thing...Night Crew.. Management see what's going on... didn't feel SAFE

Entire place was filthy, unkept, and rundown. Employees were very unfriendly. Breakfast only consisted of cereal and the apple juice had chunks in it.

Check in was flawless. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Internet worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean. Hotel was quiet.I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this hotel again.Safety: Rooms were clean and I felt safe in the hotel.

Let’s be real, this hotel isn’t perfect by any means as I believe the rooms are constantly in some form of renovation, however the service from the front desk makes up for all of it. Tawana is an amazing person and seems like she genuinely enjoys her job. She is what makes this hotel feel like 5 stars no matter what.The rooms have some cosmetic issues but they’re very spacious, clean, and always smell nice.

Front desk person was very nice but the rest is very bad. Room was disgusting, looked like it was never cleaned properly in years. Very out dated things ripped off walls never replaced some kind of stuff splattered on walls. Ac unit had about a half inch of dust and debris. Had to move across the street for the rest of my stay.

Smoker and pet friendly!!!! 1st room was a smoker room. Woo, I had to ask for another room stinks so badly.Shuttle service from the airport is very limited. If you arrive late as I did, unfortunately, the check-in lady is also the shuttle driver, so I was stuck waiting for 40 minutes for a ride to the facility. The place is run down. Breakfast options are awful. Just some cold stale cereal didn't even see milk. The lady was super nice and gave me extra shampoo bottles.Room 1 is pic of handicapp smoker room. Queen size bedRoom 2 is the king-size room option, and it is def recommendedCheck out the cool mirror! I took video now that was the only cool thing about this place.Rooms: Ask for smoke free, pet friendly if needed

It was awful. The staff decided to do remodeling while guests were resting at bedtime. Very strong unbearable paint fumes reeked in the rooms and lobby. Door open to let smell out making cold air in the roomSafety: Exposing guests to dangerous toxic paint fumes
