Idk about the review saying 1-2 hours delay for pickup. The most I've waited is probably 10 minutes longer than anticipated. Those manning customer service look like they don't want to be there. Food service inside works pretty swiftly. The guys at the tire shop are helpful.

At Sam's Club if you have to pay to save then you're not saving anything at all. I've been to this club a whole 2 times since having the membership and didn't realize how expensive they are until I went that first time, second time was for an AC window unit. I called this local store about 10 minutes ago wanting to cancel my membership and get a refund, the snobby attitude of the girl who answered the phone said I had to come to the store to get a refund. I asked her who was gonna pay for my gas to get there and back, she said she didn't know. I asked to speak to a manager please (twice)and she said "They gonna tell you the same thing, you got to come to the store." The second time I asked to speak with a manager, she said "have a good day" and hung up! The website said call or go to the club to get a refund.

Curbside service is ridiculous! They're always at least 1- 2 hours late picking the orders. They don't even send messages that orders are delayed or give a correct estimate of how long it'll be. And then you have to go inside to get your order cause they won't update the system that the orders are ready so you can check in. Don't even bother calling to check on your order. If you're lucky enough to get anyone to answer the phone, they say they're running 30 minutes behind. Nope. An hour and 30 minutes at least. The workers are rude and inconsiderate towards customers. They won't even look at you or care that you have other groceries or kids waiting in the vehicle for hours. The curbside manager is awful. She just says not to leave home til you get notified that your order is ready. That doesn't work when you need to also buy from other stores and then your groceries are spoiled from sitting in the car for too long. It doesn't work for people who have jobs and appointments that they have to be on time for. There are severe problems here yet they make no attempts to correct the issues. They just want customers to deal with it without complaining. Yeah. It's over 90 degrees outside, so everybody can just sit in their cars for hours. And pay $4 for their wonderful curbside service.

This weekend is very special for my family. I wanted to make sure the day would be perfect for not one graduate but two graduates. The plan was strategically thought out to prevent the cakes from being transported 4 hours in hopes to prevent shifting or ruining the finished product so I decided to order in the town in which the graduation would be held. This was a terrible mistake! One cake was made totally wrong and the other cake split totally in half and they could not make this right due to it being a 4 day wait so I would have to wait until Monday to get new cakes even though it was the fault of the bakery! I am truly disappointed with Sams Club in Pearl, MS! Shame on your bakery staff for ruining the day that most families dream about and enjoy celebrating.

I have been calling around all morning trying to find a tire for one of our vehicles. I had to call this Sam's Club a couple of times before I could get anyone to answer the phone, I'm sure due to it being Black Friday. After speaking to a young lady on the phone about the tire I needed I hung up the phone while speaking to my husband. A second later my phone rang. It will Millie calling me back because she thought I was speaking to her and our conversation got disconnected. I truly appreciated that level of service. No its not mounting my tires or anything, but it showed initiative, quality in her work, and excellent service. Thank you young lady. Keep up the good work!

I had to evacuate for the hurricane and needed my second vaccine so I went to this Sam's. The pharmacist yelled and said it was 6:10 and they close in 50 minutes and she has other stuff to do so she didnt give me the vaccine. She should NOT have a job. GARBAGE customer service. I wonder if it had to do with the fact that I'm Hispanic and she was Black seemed a tad racist to me. I dont recommend anyone shop here.

What's not to like about a Sam's Club? They have more than just a gallon of ketchup or 100 lb bag of dog food. They have lots of stuff, from nice selection of monster TV's to food items, to toiletries. Be sure to use the Sam's Club app, as it makes the checkout process super easy! This locations is next door to a Bass Pro.
