As a customer. For a little over a they by far are the worst utility company ever. Will disconnect your service over $26 than will charge another deposit just to reconnect. Customer service agents will straight hang up on you.

Great service. The people that work there are very friendly and considerate. I am pleased to have them as my natural gas supplier.
