It felt hostile in there, the older woman was yelling towards me in front of everyone else about how a dip isn’t a refill repeatedly. I didn’t know the difference at the time. Even just walking inside it was an instant aggressive “what do you want”. It was also very pricey. My 13 yr old got a refill and fixed one nail for $90! My 10 yr old got a pedicure with clear polish and it was $55! I told them I wanted gel and my daughter wanted clear polish and I guess they assumed clear gel polish. We won’t be back.

I’ve been a customer at #1 Nails for 8 years. I must say that their customer service, skills, & technique are AMAZING! In my opinion, there isn’t a nail shop locally that comes close. Today I tried something new: Almond shape ombre & I love my nails!💗

TRACEY is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to nails and nail designs. Here is just a sample of the nails i have received from Tracey. All i have to do is show an inspo Pic and she will be able to accomplish it. No matter the wait time, she is definitely worth the wait.
