They have a phone number to call them but no one ever answer it. Customers can't get any questions answer. Have to drive fifteen mile to talk to them.

They tend to overcharge and not tell you about hidden charges and not tell you about past due charges until they add late fees to your bill. All while smiling ad acting like your getting good customer service...There are no good data plans for regularAccounts but prepaid phone plans getUnlimited data plans.

Quick taking payments but service sucks . Phone costantly freezing and opens apps by self. After bout 2 weeks internet slows to turtle speed. They always say they updating the network but thats just keep stringing customers along. Its not just my phone its almost everyone i ask about their service.
