It's been a while since I've shopped at Cato but when I went in today I only looked around for a minute knowing what I came in for and an employee asked if I needed help. When I told her what I was looking for she pointed me in the right direction and her first choice on the color & kind of dress I was looking for is what I walked out with. I'm very happy with her help!

Petal Cato well this store is like none of the other! The lady that manages the store has such away of pairing outfits that make you think your 20 years younger!!! All the pretty spring colors and popular little jeans to wear with some of the cutest I mean adorable shirts.—- if you haven’t been you got to go prices are amazing you can walk out looking like a million bucks! Love this store love the management ! Thank you Cato I can look good and still have money:)

I love shopping here, I get greeted as soon as I’m seen by an associate and the staff is so friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience with these fine ladies, even if I’m being a little complicated lol. Anyways, it’s a great shopping experience, great atmosphere.

Catos of Petal, Ms, not friendy. I Walked into store, was not greeted, was not asked, could I help you, I had to ask for help. When a white customer came in, it was a friendly greeting. At check out, cashier did not say a word to me, just got the clothing and started checking, walked around the counter, stood behind me and handed me the merchandise, did not say thank you or nothing. PEOPLE OF COLOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CATOS IN PETAL, MS!!!
