They need to learn to answer their phone, I have tried calling them 8-10 times throughout the day tryng to see if they were open so i could get the midnight release of LoZ: ToTK tonight. So Disappointed.

Don’t expect them to answer the phone… literally called the store 50 times .. never picked up.. I then proceeded to just ride to the store and only one guy with no customers.. I work customer service and answer phone calls all day while waiting on customers in store.. went in store and guy was smirk.. like dude if you don’t like your job find another one

The customer service is horrible, many of the new people are being poorly trained. Not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. Would not recommend and will make future purchases through other avenues!

Can't say enough about how much I love this store lol. Petal location is super nice and always mega knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here and prefer this location over the Hattiesburg location hands down ?

I'll never shop with GameStop again. Here's why. On February 8th, my PS4 hit the bucket. It lived a long and happy life. RIP. Anyways, Carl and I went to GameStop (Petal, MS location) to get me another on. They're hard to find in stores right now, so we had to buy it online. No big deal. The lady at GameStop was very helpful in getting our order put in...SO WE THOUGHT! She said that it would get shipped to the store and I'd get a text when it arrived. Cool! WELL! The next day I got an email saying my order was canceled. What So Carl called the store. Apparently they're not allowed to ship to the store for liability issues and that the girl who helped us the day before was new and didn't know. (Right then and there should tell you that she wasn't trained enough to be on her own yet.) They said there was nothing they could do to help and gave us another number to call. Called the number and once again, they said there was nothing they could do either. So we had to pull a Karen and "let me speak to your manager" because someone was about to fix this issue todaaayyy. And imagine that! Someone was magically able to help us! So..we..thought..the guy said that he was sending us the refund and that he'd give us $30 off when we reorder it and that he'd pErSoNaLlY reorder it for us when I got the refund back within 3-5 business days. It's now the 16th and I still haven't gotten the refund. So I call them again. TELL ME HOW THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A CARD ON FILE TO GIVE US A REFUND!!!!! He said "it was paid with a credit card so..." I said NOPE IT SURE WASNT! Then he tried to say "oh it was paid with a gift card" WRONG AGAIN!!!!!! So they're just now sending the money back. Needless to say, when and if we ever get the refund, we will be finding a PS4 elsewhere.
