“This has been my home gym for over 5 years now and there is no place I'd rather be. It is a smaller location so they dont have EVERY fancy machine, but they have everything you need for a solid workout. The employees are kind and are a pleasure to talk to. I go in the mornings mostly, so it is usually an older crowd, and not as packed (if you enjoy an emptier gym). I occasionally go in the evenings and it is definitely a different vibe. Different music, the crowd is younger and it is much more packed starting around 5ish and stays that way well past 830pm most of the time. They have newer tanning beds (stand up and lay down), a water massage machine and clean locker rooms. As a whole, if you dont need every bell and whistle this is a good little gym to meet your fitness needs.”

“Truck driver friendly, no truck signs all over the front but park in back and walk like we always should, STOP PARKING IN FRONT AND RUINING THESE PLACES. Showers how but another location with nothing to put your stuff on so floor is the only option and that annoys me. Water fountain cold and all equipment up to par, good location overall”

“This gym is very clean, organized and well lit. The staff are friendly and ready to help. I love that the showers can be adjusted to be extremely hot, it becomes like a spa! The shampoo doesn't dry out my skin even though most cheap hotel/facility body washes are terrible for me. I like that there are three types of stationary bikes. The treadmills are easy to adjust. The weight machines were great for a complete beginner in weights like me. I almost always find a parking space at the front. Leaving with a motivational quote is a great way to end your workout. I only wish it were a 24/7 gym. Other than that, I love that it's 5 mins from USM so I can just be in class in no time!”
