Never rented from them. Stopped by a unit of someone who does to get something of mine they had stored, but they had nothing but good to say although their belongings had gotten soaked and some of them ruined cuz the ceiling leaked. But they moved his belongings to a new one.. hmmm also snake skin in his storage unit yikes

Rude and uncaring staff. I hoped that I could use them since they are so close. I felt like I was interfering with their day so I went to another location.
We have plenty of options in the area so no big deal.
