“Great staff and inventory! However, management should invest in a new sign. I tried to send our out of town guests and new neighbors to Plaza, but they were seriously turned off by the run down exterior and rusty sign. This is such a great location, wish owners cared more about appearance!”
“I’m sure it isn’t often that a customer comes in asking about wine but it’s literally in the name of the store and I’d say 60-75% off your stock, the lady working tonight was just not versed in wine whatsoever. Not going to dock more than one star cause it may be an issue where she’s new but she had no idea that French wines even existed. Again that’s not what your typical customer is going to come in and ask for but she acted like because she wasn’t aware that some wines came from France that I was strange for even asking. Maybe a little crash course would help. A quick run through and it seemed like there was not wine from any other country, but I’ll admit I did not get a thorough look. Not wanting hurt the business here so very grateful they offer first responder discounts and have a large offering, and a great selection of CA wines especially. Best wishes!”
“THE TRUTH! many people have believed a lady owned patriot spirits but she never did, she told many people she was the owner just to have authority. she went behind the owners back and did some pretty terrible things and she completely trashed the name of patriot spirits as a whole. NEVERTHELESS, patriot spirits is an AMAZING liquor store! the owner is a great man, the manager is very knowledgeable and kind! the two girls who work there are always so nice. they have senior citizen, law enforcement, and a teacher discount! i really recommend checking them out or giving them another chance! you won’t be disappointed!”
