They open at 6,yet most the department staff arrive at 7. If it's the homeowner doing an emergency repair or trying to stop in on their way to work, this isn't the time they want to be told that the employee who can help won't be in for another hour. In my case, as with many contractors, we usually can take care of ourselves, but when we are looking for something different, again, we don't want to wait to get to our work for lowes employees to get to theirs. Only gave a 3 because the poor guy at the service counter did all he could.
Update... the Petal, MS lowes is not ADA friendly, or compliant. They must provide reasonable accommodations for employees and customers. I was told that they would not make a reasonable accommodation.

This was the best lowes experience by far. I went to purchase a door, and the guy that works in that department was so helpful. I was in and out in less than 12 minutes!

Petal store use to be very good service now it's like the rest of the building stores. I went in today nov. 15 2024 to get siding. One of the workers was helping me I was getting all the vinyl off shelf. I needed more. He looked on upper shelves had more said he be right back to get it down. Well I waited probably 30 minutes then went and checked out. He was outside loading a vehicle never said aching to me. I was so passed off I almost told him off. That's not how you treat people. This store in petal use to be so good about having help getting material
I don't know what happened to it I guess the lady manager left. It's TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE. WILL CONSIDER OTHER STORES RATHER THAN GOING BACK!!

We wanted to replace our kitchen sink. Lowe's had the sink we wanted in stock at the Petal Mississippi store. I purchased it online and we chose curbside pickup. It was effortless and convenient. The store personnel who brought it out were prompt and friendly.
