“Clean and well stocked. Didn't buy anything...they wouldn't price match from Chewy. Went to Petco and got pet food that they matched from their website...it was the same as Chewy's price. I hate going in PetSmart because of the caged cats. I've heard from someone that used to volunteer there, say that they never let the cats out to exercise them. I feel sorry for them. I hope they're doing a better job at it now.”

“Best pet shop in town. I go mostly for the aquarium stuff, but they also sell birds, ferrets, reptiles and other small critters. Their selection isn't as big as the big box stores in most departments, but they are definitely worth checking out, and in some cases, have items I can't find in the bigger stores.Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Their animals are well taken care of. Two thumbs up from me.”

“Wl organized and workers are friendly except the cashier I had. K was struggling with 50 lb bags of feed to turn them over so she could scan. She stood at her register talking on her phone to someone, her child I presume and didn't offer to help.”
