  I absolutely love this place. I use to use Walgreens until one of my coworkers recommended this place because I wanted to support local businesses. Every time I go in there they are so sweet and help me super fast. I can’t imagine ever having a bad experience here.

  The staff at this place absolutely infuriated me by first ignoring me and my request for assistance because i am disabled; they were far more interested in pandering to a rich person. The rich lady, got excellent customer service, while they absolutely shunned me and told me to go to another store. My parents have been filling thier Rx here for OVER 30 YEARS... and to have been treated this way after my family has been loyal customers for this long... SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your like me and tired of being treated by “Big Box” pharmacies, as more of a burden than a customer, I encourage you to give Petal Drug a try, you'll be glad you did.

  They are very friendly, they always greet me by first name when I enter the store, if my insurance doesn't cover one of my prescriptions they call me, and if a prescription won't be available that day they call me so I won't make a wasted trip from Perry county. In my opinion, they are the best!

  My family have used Petal Drug Store for many years. The reason that we stay with them is because the staff know us by name and Greet us in like manner whenever we come in. We Love the Location, because it is Very Easy accessible and the staff are also very friendly. We feel more like family than simply a customer. Most times when we go in we do not even have to tell them why we are there they seem to always have our prescriptions ready for us and we can get in and out quickly. We would like to thank the people at Petal Drugs for their fast,friendly and efficient service. Also they will deliver my mothers meds to her if we can't get over there for some reason, so a BIG THANK YOU for that also. We hope to do Many More years of service with them.
