I've been twice so far and received great service, although the wait time is a bit lengthy due to there only being two workers. I love how the husband does my feet but I prefer the wife to do my nails. I am confused how a full set and a refill are the same price ($85).

Absolutely worst service of my life!!! Rude people!! The man in there cut my my fingers up and down and then proceeded to say that “it happens” and that “I’ll be okay”. Very painful and I expressed that several times and he never once apologized!! He is very rough with your hands and does not care how he treats you!!! Do NOT go. -100/10

This was the best pedicure I've ever had. I've never had someone take the time to shape my toenails and get them just perfect. They took me right in and told me to pick a color. The guy who did my toes paid so much attention to everything. I was truly shocked. I've recommended everyone here now. Best nail salon in Petal!

If I could give them a zero I would.! First, On the door it says they open at 9:30. They NEVER show up on time. They get there when they get good and ready. Secondly, after waiting for over an hour during which time I go sit in my car after I signed in. I go back in when I see it’s getting close to my turn. When It was my turn he took another person who came AFTER me. I got up and asked if she had an appointment, no they don’t take appointments. So then I asked, “did you forget about me?” No, just have a sit and we’ll get to you. I said, I was here before her. He said yea but you didn’t wait in salon. I said I signed in and waiting a-bit in my car and I’ve been sitting over there for a good 30 minutes or so and you saw me. NOTHING-SILENCE! I left so so upset I really shouldn’t have been driving! So unprofessional! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! EVER!!!!

Went Saturday 08/21/21 for the FIRST TIME as a new customer!! Remind you, IT WAS NO AIR!! I Was getting a pedicure and a full set. While getting a pedicure my skin was pulled and plucked off my feet until i was bleeding. Advise the worker that he does not have to do that like that because it’s bleeding and making my feet sore. He ignored me and sprayed alcohol on my feet. By this time, I’m mad and upset and he said he will put some numbing oil to help. THAT DIDN’T HELP!! So, I’m finished with the pedicure and move to get my full set. He’s pulling and pushing my hand away. I ignored it. He kept doing it again, I ignored it. By the time, I tells him you do not have to do that, that in my 27 years of life no one and i mean no one who has gone my nails ever done that. He tells me, “I DO ALL MY CUSTOMERS THAT WAY” . I proceeded to tell him well you will not do my hands like that. He says “this is my shop”!!! So i tells Him just soak all the nails all, i will Never come back!! Staff, were very rude and i will Not spend my hard earned money there ever again!!!

It was a horrible experience. We walked in with no waits and the man tells us it’s a hour wait . We were confused and decided to just wait a few min to see why it was a hour wait with no one waiting . Once the man finished his customer he looked at us and decided to go outside to smoke for an hour and a half while the young lady in here finished up her customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . The man continued to be rude and gave us an attitude until we left . And this was on CHRISTMAS EVE!! I did NOT enjoy my visit AT ALL !
