After trying to contact this company via phone and email for over a week to assist my mother with her storage unit, I still have not received any contact back from this company. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls when left a voice message. I finally sent an email over a week ago and still have not been contacted by anyone from their company. Very poor customer service!

Worst place ever. They won't answer the phone, letter, or email. Will however take your money and put locks on your unit even though paid. No way to contact owners.Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I never signed up for autopay, but they took money out of my account without my permission after I moved all my things out of my unit. Won’t reply to emails and their phone is never on. Terrible business!!
