This was at one time the best Taco Bell around. Since COVID things have went downhill. 2 out of the past 5 trips have ended with getting the wrong order. Once I ordered a bean burrito with just beans and cheese. I got a very stale tortilla with a very small portion of beans (3" long x 1/2" wide) and at most 10 individual sprinkles of cheese.I know they have been having issues with staffing and I imagine that has a lot to do with it. I really hope they get it together.

I visit this Taco Bell almost every single day during the week. Excluding weekends . I order a chicken, soft taco supreme and a glass of tea.. the order is right about 40% of the time out of 5 days visiting it a week .. there is a particular African American very nice lady That works there between The Times I usually go and if she's there, my order is right!!..but if she's not there, it's not right 80% of the time!. I just don't understand how hard it is to get a simple straight forward order like one Simple chicken soft taco supreme correct, which is supposed to include chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, & sour cream.. If the particular lady is not there, the order usually ends up with just lettuce and chicken on it basically.. I am dumbfounded and can't understand why this is so difficult to get right.!..Please, please, please train EVERYONE correctly and get this problem corrected!!

This was an exceptional experience at Taco Bell, I just have to share it! As with most chain restaurants, one can pretty well expect one visit to be much like another. But, this food was especially fresh and tasty! The store associates were friendly and helpful. (which is becoming more uncommon!)If you are in the area, you should give these folks a visit!My photo is of a spicy potato soft taco, (my favorite). You can see how fresh it was.

I tried to order a 12 pack of Cinnabon Delights tonight at 10:48, and was told they "don't make them after 8". REALLY?!??!!?! IT'S ONE OF ONLY 2 DESSERT ITEMS OFFERED ON THE MENU!!! I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO SANDRA.

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff don't acknowledge you if you walk in to order. Then after you've waited so long that you don't want to eat there any more they finally come and take your order. Then, they give you the wrong food and failed to listen to you when you try to correct it so you end up just mad and with food you didn't order.

Horrible experience had to go up there twice and still got the wrong order nothing I got was what I ordered and it was all bad 12 dollars worth of food wasted no longer have my service I wil go elsewhere from now

I got an item that contains lettuce but asked for it to be taken off and it was not off one of them, but looks like they sorta scrapped it off? Idk, but my bf also ordered nacho fries but no cheese sauce. I understand it is late when we ordered, as I work in food as well, but that does not mean get the order wrong.

Wednesday night 11/23 I went inside the store to place an order, the drive through was empty as well as the lobby. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes I was told I had to use the kiosk, that nobody could take my order. I ordered a drink, tacos and nacho bell grande, 12 minutes After placing my order I was told they did not have beef but could substitute the beef for steak or chicken. They had beef for the tacos but not the nachos which is confusing. I asked for a full refund since I would have to go elsewhere for food anyways at this point. I paid $18.69 in total and was given $13.75 back. When I told them I paid more but the kiosk doesn’t print receipts I showed the transaction off of my banking app and was still being asked for a receipt. After waiting an additional 5 minutes I was finally given the rest of my refund. I just don’t understand how Taco Bell can have beef for one item but not for another ITS TACO BELL ???♀️ how you run out of beef for only nachos like it’s different meat ???? And how is the world is anybody going to tell me I didn’t pay as much as I was saying when I had the transaction pulled up on my phone ??? All around HORRIBLE service. As a former GM and shift manager for multiple restaurants I understand people call out the day before the day of and after holidays; but do not refuse proper service just because you’re short handed. If y’all can’t handle the heat get out the kitchen. ?

There's a huge difference between morning crew and night crew. Mornings, absolutely perfect! But on nights, the manager sucks, a crew member just yelled "omg ugh!" Bc we ordered from the kiosk. Maybe not the job for her. PM crew usually screws up our meals. So long story short, don't come here a night. I use to absolutely love this place

Tacos had on teaspoon of meat and nothing else. They were flat! The Nachos Bellgrande had burnt tasting chips, dry beans a drop of sour cream and a teaspoon of cheese and no tomatoes. . Nothing like the pictures showsThe owner of this Taco Bell needs to jerk a knot in these people or get rid of them. We won't be back. This has not been the first time we had bad food from this Taco Bell.
