“The customer service rep was very friendly, went with my Sister to help her get a rental for my Nieces Graduation. Actually learned something new like without a Major credit card you'll be required to supply an additional $500 + the cost of the rental. Again, friendly business but just make sure you have some form of Credit card on you prior to.”

“We had a super experience with our Penske rental. As AAA members we also received a discount which made it cheaper than U-Haul. The truck was new; it had only 7,400 miles on it. The rental allowed for unlimited miles over 3 days.The after-hours drop-off was quick and easy. We picked ours up at a Home Depot, and returned it to a Penske Truck Rental at our destination.”
