The staff here are normally really nice but it takes forever to receive a package, honestly why does it take twice as long here in Mississippi than anywhere else in the US?

Brent at the Petal MS post office was amazing. Moved here from Reno NV and he re-routed an important package to us. Amazing customer service!! Glad we moved here.

The postal workers in the Petal Postal office are friendly and helpful. And like all my neighborhood mail carriers, Carolyn is down to earth and professional. My mail is never scattered, but is uniformly placed within my mailbox. Five stars to the USPS in Petal.
