The only electric company in any surrounding county to decide that running high speed internet into its rural community wasn’t a good idea. If only emepa would buy it out so we could actually have good management. Disgraceful.

The linemen work their tails off to restore power when it goes out. The management is horrible. Power goes out all of the time because they do NOT clean and maintain right of ways. Today the power went out at 3:02 pm The answering service recording said it would be back on @ 5:15 pm. At 7:48 pm I called and left several messages. Called again at 8:48 pm and left another message. Truck finally shows up and the very nice lineman said it would take another hour. Mind you that the crews repaired service to more customers and left with just 10 still out. This has happened before and the response from the Philadelphia office was “ Oh they must have missed you.” ??. I suspect that has happened again. This is not in anyway whatsoever ever a negative comment about the linemen. It is a management problem. Wish they would let us go to EMEPA.

Power goes out almost every time it rains. I wish that were an exaggeration. Basically no customer support.Unless something changes. If you have ANY other option for power, I'd go with them.

Power went out last year and was out at my house for 11 days when a house a mile up the road had power after the 4th day. Power is out now with 9 degree weather with a 15mph wind called the company to report and they are closed for the holidays. "Great customer service "

There is zero consistency or reliability to this service. It will be off for hours at a time. No storms needed.

1980 called and they want their bill payment options back. Really, no online way to pay without ridiculous extra charges. Who does this except Central Electric. C'mon, get with the times.

Power out now for 6 days. Understand that it was dangerous for workers to be out the first 3 to 4 days, but there is NO excuse to not post daily updates. Neshoba Central wants kids back in school tomorrow, after a week of no power/water. The roads have not been cleared; power lines down in many areas.

Ive been without power since Monday and I’ve learned that some people have had their power restored twice and I haven’t so much as seen a CEPA truck pass my house. Houses south of me a mile or two, and houses north of me a mile or two have been restored but not mine and my neighbors. I don’t want preferential treatment but I do want fairness.

Over the past year or more the power goes off all too often and takes hours, even days to come back on. There should be some kind of improvement for this matter. Once it was off for five days and had to call numerous times with never an answer, left messages etc. when our line was down across are levie which is also our driveway. So I knew when our power went out yesterday morning at 10am before even the worst of the ice storm hit we would still be out now and afraid it could be days yet. I surely hope not.

The power goes out so often and it takes hours to get it back on, sometimes even days. I used to live in Florida where hurricanes were always an issue every year, and yet the power companies there were far more stable than this. A light breeze could be enough to take your power out for 5 hours. It's ridiculous.

Power has been out for almost 9 hours and won't be back till 6pm tomorrow. Such a long a long wait time is very unnecessary

Power has been out for over 20 hours now, tried calling and didn’t get an answer... if it’s not fixed soon, we are gonna have a big problem
