“Losing a grandparent is hard! As a family there was never any question as to who we would use to create the casket piece for Nannie. I sent Madden a message shortly after her passing. He quickly responded with an appointment time for us to come in and discuss flowers. We were warmly welcomed by his staff and led to his office. Using pictures of his previous casket pieces, we were guided by Madden on selecting the perfect colors, type flowers and size of arrangement. He took his time to make sure we were pleased. When I arrived at the visitation, I didn’t notice the casket or any surroundings. The first thing I noticed were the flowers on the casket. They were breathtaking. Arranged so beautifully! They were fresh and exceeded our expectations. Many visitors said Nannie would love those beautiful flowers as they passed the casket and that is very true. She was smiling down at a job well done. Thank you Madden & family for helping us during our sorrowful time.”
