All I have is the high speed internet service and the speeds are great most of the time. However if you have an issue be prepared to NOT get much help if a technician has to come out. Their phone tech support has always been fine normally friendly and helpful with any issue that can be handled over the phone but when I had to have a technician sent out it went bad in a hurry. It’s the cable company and of course they still haven’t figured out how to set anything but all day appointments?. When I did get the call that the tech was on the way and would be at my house within 30 minutes…no one showed up. I call to find out if anyone was coming and no real explanation of why just that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. 30-40 mins later no one. I ended canceling my appointment leaving an issue unresolved.

Let me start by saying, my local representative has been awesome but unfortunately her hands are tied on most things after the contract is signed.I’m a 17 year business owner. Dealing with this company has been BY FAR the worst ( and still is) experience in all my professional years!! First, I had to hire my own IT person because Maxx South didn’t know how to do their job! This is AFTER I signed a contract! This cost! Then, I had to call the land owner beside my business to ask permission to run a line!! I waited FOUR MONTHS for internet service!! I’m in the middle of town! My IT guy even had to help Maxx South with the PHONE LINE!! The 2 men they sent didn’t have a clue!! They even cut off my credit card line! My IT guy fixed that!! When they installed my phone, they installed an office phone! We are a 20,000 sq ft facility! How can we carry a hefty office phone around! That was ONE MONTH AGO!! I’m still waiting for them to replace with a mobile! Excuse after excuse after excuse!!! Maxx South NEVER ask what type of phone I needed! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an email letting me know how to check voicemail!!If I could give NEGATIVE 100 , I would!! I should have stayed with AT&T

All we needed was a router replacement got called and the guy said he was coming at 6:00pm and never showed up or give a call back.

The service is 99% reliable.... That 1% includes upgrades and weather acts that are both necessary and uncontrollable...Then there is the occasional pole fall that breaks the lines but the guys working the roads are good at what they do and are fast.... So if you happen to need some internet connectivity... Give em a call

TERRIBLE services!! I 100% do not recommend Maxxsouth. Had the same person come to my place 3 times for the internet do the same thing. Tech support suggested getting Eero to help which does not either. Very disappointed and changing internet services

I have no issues with the local office. I have issues with customer service. My wife and I had called and told them we've been having issues with our internet going down. In fact, it's only worked maybe 5 hours in the last 24 hours. I use their service to have therapy sessions with clients. I had to upgrade my cell phone plan to include the capability to make my phone a hotspot. I had to increase my personal cell phone bill just to do my job. Customer service had said that it would be 2 days before anyone could come out. Despite telling them we've been having issues and I need the internet working to my job. I plan to contact AT&T and CSpire for business internet at this rate.

The girl at the counter was great. It took over a month to be told I could not have service and my next door neighbor has this service 100 ft away from me. This company appears to be very lazy and not managed well at all. But im.sure it's covids fault lol. Just another sorry company in Philadelphia ms......

Friendly people that actually care. Original post was two starts due to frequent outages, however I will say they have gotten better about being down frequently. Overall prob the best internet provider we have available in Philadelphia. Keep up the good work ✌️

This has to be the worse internet service ever in history. My internet never works and every time I call they say it’s a area issue but can never seen to fix it. I have had running internet maybe 8 days in the last 30 days the other 22 days they keep saying a area issue. I’ve called I know 20 times in the last month alone. All I know no need of sending a bill cause it definitely won’t get paid!!!!

Incompetent and unreliable. Service techs are incompetent, never on time and may not show up at all. Of at all possible, purchase wifi elsewhere

The best wifi service EVER!! They are coming soon to hook up my cable. For $25 a month for high speed data that never runs out, they hands down get all five stars from me!

Contacted them numerous times on my Mom's telephone and TV service. She is 80 years old and needs her phone. Not good business.
