Waste of time and money. Useless.Another Visit Charge, the next day early AM return, when symptoms worsened, quite exponentially. Nothing done. Nothing. Completely helpless and desperate.Pain 10/10, Jaw Swelling to the point mouth can’t close, holding rag to it, not one comfort measure taken besides what I can do on my own. Tylenol and Aspirin. Ice/heat (not even this was on offer). No relief, no hope of help.And, normally I’d take it with grain of salt in a time practitioners are too terrified to treat their patients in a time when legality treats the charts, the patient is left out in hopelessness.But this is the same place that sent my mother home WITHOUT ONE LAB, the doc mashed on her stomach, and sent her home to hemorrhage to death with Stage IV Cancer.Neshoba General used to be an Amazing and Trusted Hospital Network. They used to “care.” We’ve entered a new era of abysmal, non-empathetic, “Deal with the discomfort, symptoms, and let Nature take it’s coarse.”If I can’t or don’t feel like making Meridian/Jackson next time, I’ll just stay at home and accept the fate. It’s all the same.Toothache is clearly on a panel on the wall that is treated in URGENT CARE, it’s not an Emergency Room Triage Level. Yet, after paying for ”Urgent Care,” I got no care.We are done.

Outrageously long wait. Nurses make vulgar remarks. After waiting 3 hours we needed to leave so we asked for them to give us the work excuse for my hubby an was told the patient needed to be seen first…. After 3 hours of waiting.the only decent staff member was the doctor

NP Jessie Stokes was amazing! She really helped my mom get what she needed. The whole staff was amazing especially Eli, he wheeled my mom out to the car. Great experience! Much blessings to you all❤
