The store in Philadelphia MS is a joke. Two workers in the store and neither acknowledged us when we walked in and the music was so loud you could barely hear each other talk.Neither employee knew how much the plans cost plus their knowledge of the phones was pathetic. The male employee walked out of the back door at that point to smoke or something so we didn’t see him again.We decided to activate a phone with a new plan, but the female employee didn’t know how to do that either. After watching her for 15-20 min doing the same thing over and over, we told her to cancel the activation because we were going to AT&T.She really didn’t seem to care that we decided to leave. I guess it meant less work for her.

Robin was very helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions and helped us get the new phone set up before we left the store.

I had to get a replacement phone and I went in to get help transferring my info from old phone to new phone....I was told ...." Sure , for $40.00 plus tax...."To me, this is customer service at its WORST....!!!!!!NOT A HAPPY CAMPER !!!

I went into this Verizon because I was out of town and having problems with my phone. The guy working told me that he could fix it but it would cost $40. I paid him and my phone didn’t get fixed. I called Verizon to report the incident and they told me he shouldn’t have charged me. Since this is an independent store and not corporate I would need to go back to the store to get a refund. I don’t live in Philadelphia so going back to the store isn’t that easy. And of course I can’t talk to anyone at the store over the phone.

Verizon is the carrier you need. No dropped calls ! I've traveled the USA over and over and have always had a signal.

Went in to get a replacement phone on 12/17/22. Asked for a specific model (TCL Flip pro). Verified price with associate and was told it was $79.99 After leaving the store and looking over the invoice, phone was priced at $120 (had to put it on a finance plan on the bill, never was told I could pay for it outright), + 19.99 for a "set up and activation" fee + had a $39 activation fee. After complaining, associate reversed the transaction and I went to the corporate store in Flowood, MS. Same phone, same account, but it cost me $79.99 + tax. That's it. Victra seems to nickel and dime customers and overcharge on equipment so they can pad their pockets.Won't ever go into any Victra store again.
