Slowest walgreens or drug store I've ever been in. Every employee seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and by the look on their faces they hate their job. No excuse for being so rude to everyone. I've been traveling for work past couple of years and now home. When I told my doctor where I wished my Rx to be sent he advised against it and the other people in the office chimed in and agreed. I should've listened. Horrible experience

You're going to wait whether you call, use the drive thru or walk in... they are not trained or equipped to manage the amount of patients that need to use their pharmacy. I've had to wait over and hour in drive thru and ended up leaving line and went inside and waited another 45 minutes. These pharmacists are rude, they have zero people skills that are put to use and this is the most unorganized pharmacy I've ever seen. I don't understand how anywhere can get so behind and continue to just stand around as phones ring.

Rude pharmacy staff. Will not promptly answer calls. The wait is horrible. Only one employee checking out customers. Only one drive through line open for pharmacy.

Since when does a Pharmacist make your health care cost decisions? After waiting 6-hours for a prescription to be filled, I went back to get it Only to be told it wasn’t filled. Then I waited another hour. Went back to the pickup only to be told it wasn’t filled. The Pharmacist said it was going to cost me $45 and she did not fill it. You know what? I walked out. The tardiness, non-caring service, and communication skills of that staff is uncalled for. The entire staff needs to be trained in customer. I know it must be difficult to work under pressure and I’ve been there. But, kindness and communication goes a long way

This Walgreens Philadelphia lacks communication. I live in North MS and my Walgreens called me yesterday to explain to me that the federal government is no longer paying for Covid testing unless you are experiencing symptoms or you have been exposed. Otherwise, it will be $128 for getting tested. Nevertheless immediately she called me back and stated that she was able to work around it since I booked my appointment 7 days prior before the new law became in effect. Fast forward, my mom called her Walgreens in Philadelphia MS and they said she would be fine on Tuesday. Today, she goes to get tested and after 45 minutes of waiting she gets to the window. They tell her it will be $128. She informs them that she called and they she would be fine. The lady rudely slams down the phone and walk way. Then Marcy comes to the window and tells her that it's nothing they can do but she can pay the $128. My mom then tells her again when she called they said she would be fine. However, when my mom asked why she didn't receive a call about the change. Marcy then tells her that their internet has been down since Sunday and they didn't get access to their system until today. Really?! How does a Walgreens operate without your system? Once my mom asked for their names because they were so rude they walked away and called The police stating she was holding Up the line. My mom proceeds to tell the police she just wanted their names to report them to corporate. Needless to say, Walgreens Philadelphia need to do better! I am grateful for my Walgreens in North Ms!

This is the 3rd time I've used the curbside pickup at this location and I'm either lucky or they are good. I'm going with good. Today's experience was nothing less than exceptional. From the time I ordered to pickup. Once I arrived and checked in my order was out less than 2 minutes.
