The Employees here are Awesome, whatever crew that was Dayshift/mid Dayshift on June 23 were Fantastic. They were patient, we laughed alot, it was Awesome, Hey? Sharla & the other Beautiful ladies from Sharlotte & Billy Tucker ❤️

The lady working here was awesome. The bad thing I have about att is you hear different on customers service then Actually what is happening in the store. With customer service on the phone they tell you one thing you get in the store and it is totally different. AT&T has been bad like this for a long time I've had the same phone number for over 18 years.

11/12/22- Destiny Stokes was the most unprofessional, poor customer service having young lady. I arrived at the store about 5 min before closing nonetheless it was still business hours, it was dark so naturally I'm thinking ok she's in the store alone so she had the door locked, wrong she ran to lock the door, so I knocked and asked why did you lock the door when I drove up it's before 7 she said what do you need? Well hell I am at a phone store do you think I'm grocery shopping then I said that is poor customer service why would you lock the door when you see a customer arrive she said I have the option, so now we have the option to perform a job that we are getting paid for in an allotted time. Furthermore she was on her cell phone on speaker the whole time I was in the store not wanting to provide service. I understand you want to close up shop but at the expense of losing a customer and leaving a sour taste about the service for the company you are representing...That was not cool and she could careless because when I walked out she proceeded to talk on speaker on her cell phone. I guess At&t doesn't believe in customer service and I guess she wanted me to know than not getting my money will not put them out of business .

Went in to activate a hotspot device and was there when the doors opened. One couple ahead of me needing to upgrade their phone from a broken one and they were unfamiliar with the process. The nice lady (Charla?) was patient with them, went through the process, especially helping them recover data from a broken phone with no backup. My activation was smooth and clean and just wanted to give props to an employee working alone that seemed to care and was competent.
