“I've been seeing Mike's ever since I bought my used 2012 Chevy Cruze almost a year ago. Admittedly, I made a bad purchase because oh man does this car have problems hahaha.
However Mike's has been there for me every step of the way. They've done everything from installing new catalytic converters, replacing my turbocharger, carrying out various inspections and helping me out with the occasional coolant or oil leaks.
They have a warranty as well, so you won't get charged for simple fixes that are related to any recent problems they've addressed. I've always received excellent service from these guys. Their prices are reasonable for the labor and their warranty gives me peace of mind.
I swear that at some point, they'll have replaced everything on this dang car haha. But in truth, that just goes to show how knowledgeable they are about vehicles. Thanks for all that you do guys! :-)”
“Nathan, at Walker’s, does an exceptional job throughout the entire repair process and the finished car/truck (I’ve had both there) comes back looking like it came off the showroom floor. This is saying a lot, in that, both of my vehicles have a complicated 3 layer paint system that is extremely hard to perfectly match with the rest of the vehicle so that the repaired portion doesn’t stand out. Nathan also takes care of every aspect of dealing with the insurance companies and remains in constant contact with the customer to ensure the work flows as quickly as possible. On top of all that, Nathan is one heck of a good guy!!”

“I was in town visiting my sister and we were leaving her house when she noticed one of my tires was very low I thought my valve stem was leaking so I drove around and found Keith’s open and I pulled in and asked to barrow a valve stem tool to tighten it but it wasn’t that. Mr Keith found that the stem its self was broken so I left my car there and they fixed it for me while we had lunch. I found they did a great job and it didn’t cost me that much. I would definitely recommend them for all your needs. Friendly people.”

“Several years ago I was on a business trip out of state and the battery of my wife's Grand Marquis died. She had the car towed to this auto store on the suggestion of the tow driver. Buy Low Auto Parts sold her a good battery at a really good price and installed it. I was pleased with the whole process when I returned home and learned what had occurred.
A couple of days ago, this battery died. It was a four-year Continental and had lasted right at seven years! I called Buy Low and confirmed that, yes, they had a Continental battery for the car in stock. I got the car down to them and as I was getting out of the car (with difficulty) and was getting my cane, which I am using since recent knee replacement, it occurred that I could not carry that battery and I would have a hard time installing it. This was no problem because they replaced the battery very fast. I spent more time trying to get past the Hywy 43 railroad overpass road work than I did in the total time I was at Buy Low! Sure! What better service could be had? I highly recommend these nice people!”
