“I left from New York, headed to Texas, and had to have my alternator and battery replaced at a shop in New Jersey. Then had to have my AC compressor replaced at another shop in Tuscaloosa. About 100 miles south of there on 59, the new alternator I got in New Jersey blew to pieces going down the freeway. The Firestone I had my van towed to couldn’t get the part, so AAA had it towed from there, 96 miles further south to Dependable Automotive in Picayune, and am I glad they did! They replaced the alternator in a very timely manner and the price was very fair! I was so impressed and pleased with the people and their service that I also had them replace some badly needed front end parts and do an alignment. If I lived in Picayune, Dependable Automotive would be my permanent go-to mechanic shop! They are caring, trustworthy and unlike some shops, actually use the parts and do the work they say they do. I VERY HIGHLY recommend them! :)”

“Several years ago I was on a business trip out of state and the battery of my wife's Grand Marquis died. She had the car towed to this auto store on the suggestion of the tow driver. Buy Low Auto Parts sold her a good battery at a really good price and installed it. I was pleased with the whole process when I returned home and learned what had occurred.
A couple of days ago, this battery died. It was a four-year Continental and had lasted right at seven years! I called Buy Low and confirmed that, yes, they had a Continental battery for the car in stock. I got the car down to them and as I was getting out of the car (with difficulty) and was getting my cane, which I am using since recent knee replacement, it occurred that I could not carry that battery and I would have a hard time installing it. This was no problem because they replaced the battery very fast. I spent more time trying to get past the Hywy 43 railroad overpass road work than I did in the total time I was at Buy Low! Sure! What better service could be had? I highly recommend these nice people!”

“I would like to inform Walmart customers. It's nothing against Walmart but you buy to Walmart web page and it's a third party like priority tires. If you have any problems Walmart cannot do the warranty. It has to go to third party which I did and it was priority tires. Sadly to say they make you jump around and then at the end I still haven't heard anything that's going on a month going back and forth with paperwork and pictures and then they tell me that they said that my tire had been repaired after I went to Walmart and got an invoice stating that the tire was coming apart and it's still to this day they're not getting anything from them or reply. It's been going on since July 2 and today is August 17th. Was still no results. Just wanted to let customers and know that if you buy tires from Walmart make sure that Walmart will handle any tire issues at Walmart, not a third party. I will not buy any more tires from priority tires because they are terrible service. These tires had a 50,000 mile thread warranty and only had maybe 12,000 mi on it if that.”
