“Wow... what an establishment. I am in town for the holidays and got a nail in the tire of my rental. The rental company gave me a list of companies that they are contracted with... Pep Boys, Firestone, Mavis and Discount Tire Center. I went to several of the locations in Slidell LA and not only were they unable to get me in, the customer service was down right horrible. (Side bar... so hard to find good customer service these days.) On my way back from Slidell LA, I had to stop in Picayune MS to pick up my dog from the groomer and ran across Gene's Tires. I stopped in and they told me they could fit me in within an hour. I came back in an hour and not only did they give excellent customer service but when I got ready to pay, the guy said take care and Happy New Year. I was completely surprised as that NEVER happens to me and definitely not these days. The guy said just make sure you come back for other services in the future. Although I'm not from here I told my family about the experience and Gene's is where my family will patronize from now on. Thank you for such a stress relieving experience.”
