“Phenomenal ladies at this location!! I went in and had transferred some funds from another card and needed the money ASAP to purchase a vehicle. The money didn't show in my account but these 3 ladies went above and beyond to fix the issue and I was able to purchase my desperately needed car...Sylvia, Krystal and Tricee..y'all are rock stars!!!”

“Ms. Ashley, Ms. Nicole, Mr. Nick & Mr. Shane are an absolute dream team! They are always so kind and polite, they go above and beyond to be as helpful as they possibly can. I’ve never once had an issue with this branch, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I’ve not been impressed by other branches, whether it’s customer service, or otherwise but I can guarantee the quality of the service you receive here at the Picayune branch! They should be on the board of the entire company. I would recommend a promotion for them all, as would anyone that’s ever dealt with them I’m sure. I had been considering switching banks due to terrible experiences with the Bay St Louis, and D’Iberville branches, among others but because of the care and concern of these individuals I will be continuing to bank with Regions & will refer everyone I possibly can to bank with them!”
