I was at the point to where I just knew I would lose my home as well as my vehicles. text David new that I was trying as hard as I could and went to bat for me giving me the chance to recoup and begin again. because of him I was able to stay not just my vehicles but my home it took me a little while to do it but he stood by me doing as much as he could to get me through. so if you're looking for a good bank a bank that cares about the people of our community and not just a bank account number and you need to go to First National they actually care about the people that do business with them.”

“Ms. Ashley, Ms. Nicole, Mr. Nick & Mr. Shane are an absolute dream team! They are always so kind and polite, they go above and beyond to be as helpful as they possibly can. I’ve never once had an issue with this branch, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I’ve not been impressed by other branches, whether it’s customer service, or otherwise but I can guarantee the quality of the service you receive here at the Picayune branch! They should be on the board of the entire company. I would recommend a promotion for them all, as would anyone that’s ever dealt with them I’m sure. I had been considering switching banks due to terrible experiences with the Bay St Louis, and D’Iberville branches, among others but because of the care and concern of these individuals I will be continuing to bank with Regions & will refer everyone I possibly can to bank with them!”

“They are very friendly and I've used Bank Plus for years. I'm very satisfied with the way they have handled my financial needs including checking, savings, and loans one of which was for a mortgage. However I am the overseer for my brothers affairs as he has dementia. When he was first diagnosed he started becoming overdrawn on his checking account and the bank was making a nice little sum on overdraft fees then he started borrowing more than he could pay back. Before I had power of attorney my Mom & I went in & talked with the loan officer responsible for the loans & he said he'd stop but he didn't. We had to close his accounts there to stop the problem.”

“I would like to leave a review about this branch in Picayune… Ms. Yvette Blauvelt and Mr. David Bourgeois was so very helpful and professional with helping me get a consolidation loan for my finances! I explained how with the inflation and credit card interests skyrocketing, I just needed to pay them off and save money with a loan from NOFFCU. They worked me a loan up that saved me quite a bit and I am forever grateful! I recommend this bank to anyone needing help with any financial matters! Very good people and very knowledgeable!”
