Bought a torch and also 120$ other items the torch the very next day wouldn’t work correctly. Was told me have a 30 day warranty for manufacture problems which was what we had and tried to return next day to be told they don’t take returns and offered a new one but when we tried it their it didn’t work out the box. They told us they couldn’t do anything to help. Buyers beware I guess they really needed the 40$ and the manager was a female dog. Do not recommend if u plan to spend a lot of money on something.

Poor customer service. The most recent time I went there I waited at window for 10 minute and when I called it was right at closing time and I received no help even tho I was at window beforehand. Second time this has happened. I purchased some of their juice they make there and had to return it because it was bad. Even tho they said it was their fault I received no refund. I was forced to them because they were only vape shop on area. I ended up having to go to the new shop by Walmart and they were way more helpful and are open to 10pm

I have come to this store twice and both times I was greeted by the friendly employees and felt welcomed. Being new to vaping, they were extremely helpful and were eager to teach. Some places would use my lack of knowledge to take advantage of me but this place isn't like that. They have gained a loyal customer as I will come here for all my vaping needs! Thank you to the employee who just helped me figure out what was wrong with my vaporizer! I wish I would have gotten her name and also the other girls name from my first visit because both were outstanding and knowledgable! Thank you again!

The business was clean and nice. Alot to choose from not much help from the cashier. Sold me some juice and blew out my coil. The atomizer I bought doesn't work either.
