Very kind, helpful, and informed employees. They always know the answer to my questions about vape mods, coils, and juices. They are also willing to order what you need if you will regularly buy it. I would recommend them over most other vape shops in Picayune.

I bought 2vapes and the lady that checked me out said “you don’t need to try it, if it doesn’t work we will swap it out. We stand behind all our products”. One of the vapes I purchased doesn’t hit right, so I just now went to swap it out and a different lady was in there and refused to swap it out. She acted like I was stupid, insinuating I didn’t pull the sticker off the bottom and I did then asking me if I charged it and I also did, but you shouldn’t have to charge it when it’s brand new just out the box. Never going back to this place again!! Extremely disappointed in the horrible customer service! I would do anything to make my customers happy, I would rather a great customer experience than worry about a $12.99 vape. I didn’t even want my money back I just wanted a vape that worked. I will tell everybody I know to never go there to buy anything!
