Wouldn't use it. The service is not good. They offer a free phone that hasn't worked right since day one. Then tell me I have to pay 310 dollars to get another one. I feel very scammed.

Been with CSpire for years and I have NEVER had any trouble and the customer service is the best. When my co-workers start complaining about their phone service with ATT or Verizon or Sprint, I just tell them they have to try CSpire. Service, cost, everything is the best I've had. Josh helped my husband replace a lost phone yesterday at the Picayune store. My husband was dreading the process but Josh made it easy and fun. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Went to the Picayune store to replace my current phone..I have had an account for several years. I was asked for my Id and since my wife was the name on the account, I was told I could not buy a phone. The person helping me was Mr Ordonez. I do not know what kind of business you are running but you just lost mine. I am heading to T Mobile now. I have not been very satisfied with your coverage. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Went and got a phone activated, sales lady was very friendly, and knowledgeable. No issues getting that done. Recommend highly.
