Prices here are hiked up extremely high! Meat in the cooler always looked brown and expired, they will put flyers up for deals and not enter the deal at checkout so you're tricked into paying full price.

The fried chicken had very little flavor & was dry and horrid. Yuck! Inedible -it was close to inedible.

Really decent chicks that work there. Especially the one with the crew cut! She keeps it real and also very professional. We share a lot of experiences as far as people are concerned. She knows who's good!

Stopped in Seals Marketplave today (05/08/2020) on the way home to get some breakfast. The women behind the counter were cooking food - no masks, no gloves. This during the pandemic. Evidently they are not too worried about either getting or spreading Covid-19. On the bright side they did put on GLOVES ONLY to serve the food.

I turned around for this?? The sign out front promises bbq, and the sole 5-star review corroborates this. However upon entering I found a spread of old, sad looking food (frito pie, spaghetti, fried chicken) and was told upon asking that the BBQ is only served Fri, Sat & Sun. The little foreign man told me this rather harshly, and the larger local man who seemed to be in charge of the food nodded and said nothing. This is an area where friendliness and good food are the norm, and I have come to expect both. I won't be back :(

Great home cooking with good sized selection at the lunch counter. Fried chicken, pork chops, shrimp, and lots of sides including fresh vegetables, potatoes, and Mac and cheese. This is just a few items available. Food is hot, fresh, and always delicious. The store is called Seals which is in the chevron station. Gas is expensive about 10 cents higher than the racetrack just a couple miles toward picayune. They do own the self car wash and vacuum next door. 1.50 for wash and 1.00 vacuums. Definitely worth the stop. Fill your tank, belly and clean the vehicle. Not to mention there are restrooms.

Stopped here on a random BBQ wander through Mississippi - and this place was a pleasant surprise. It looks like a simple Gas Station and Convenience Store, but it is hiding some pretty decent BBQ. Although the barbecue was pre-packaged, the chicken, ribs, and smoked sausage were delicious! The sign says they have brisket after 6:00 PM, and hope to try some that someday.
