Very upset with customer service at store stopped in to buy two phones added to the line was lied to about a promotion just in order to make a sell on two accessories was told I had to purchase two accessories to get promotion. It was false contacted two other cricket stores in the area and told me that that was not true, so all they do is push accessories to try and make more money off of them because they earn commission off accessories

All I did was swing through to buy a screen protector. And the customer service was so good I had to leave this review because it was absolutely earned. I felt welcomed. The employee Ms Alexis. Hope that is corrtsaid she was the new manager. Well good job cricket wireless she's a keeper give her a raise. Best customer service in all of picayune I walked out of big time vapes. And was disgusted with the behavior of there staff. Wall in to cricket and get treated to real customer service. Thank you for taking time to help me. Put my case on my phone and everything. Absolutely the best customer service around

I bought a d signed on 4 phones last February. Then 3 months ago added my mother. Our service is spotty and goes in and out but when I called they tell me they can’t do anything. Then my mother fell and had no service to call me for hours so I wanted to switch her back to Verizon with her number we transferred in but they told me no that it’s locked in for a year! She has to have a phone so this is so wrong!!

Don't bring your phone here for help. The He/She will not help you. The guy rather work on his girl nails. and was rude with no other customers in the store. The He/She told the elderly to fix it yourself. Why be in business.. District MGR and corporate office will also be hearing about this He/She and this location.

Charged my 82 year old mother 118.23 for a "free" phone. The phone has no service at her house and they refuse to refund her money. Shame on them.

Upon entering the store the females who handled my service were rude and condescending. They were uncompliant. The store was not kept And they were smug in there approach of handling my needs as if they knew better than I did of what I wanted. These were actual females. The male who I regularly go to to take my payments was on his job. Knew what to tell me with complications and handled any questions I had with a manor of know how I would rather deal with. I won't even enter the building if those girls are there. Not that I could the last time I tried they had offended two other customers and there was a scene outside the store.

Upon entering the store, we had to wait for the employee to get out of his car. We explained we had recently purchased a phone less than 30 days ago and the port wasn't charging. The employee seemed disinterested in assisting us and informed that he couldn't do anything because we "got what we paid for a cheap phone." This was insulting because he does not know our situation and what we can or can not afford. I felt very disrespected and belittled. I then inquired about purchasing another phone and he refused to show us stating ," they did not have any cheap phones". I was so upset I left without getting anything resolved. Very poor and disrespectful customer service* please visit another store if you want to leave with any dignity. The guy there no disrespect not sure if he wants to be addressed as a he/him or she/her was very very disrespectful and provided no help.

I went to the store to buy AirPods, the employee offered me a wireless charger and I bought, when I arrived home I tested the charger and didn’t like. In the next day I went there to return the charger and the employee told me that because it’s Apple they can’t take it back, but in the receipt says that I have 14 days to return it, I don’t know why they are doing it, but they are not being honest. The photo of the receipt is attached.

Brick n Mortar service. Usually helpful but blow you out quickly if you don't want to upgraded righway.
