Y’all’s pharmacy is pathetic ! Y’all’s call system is broken! Can’t hear half the options when you’re just trying to refill a prescription and you can’t ever get in touch with an actual pharmacy tech. I just waited over 30 minutes at the drive through! And I couldn’t leave because the woman took my ID and wouldn’t come back to the window! Going inside wouldn’t have helped either because everyone who pulled up behind me left and went inside and stood around for just as long! There is no sense of urgency at all which I find ridiculous since all your pharmacist does is pretty much just simple basic math! And then your techs just have to run the insurance to see if you have to pay anything! Oh and this wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that my prescription were suppose to be filled before 7pm last night ! Here it is 3pm the next day, and I still had to wait over 30 minutes . And then the pharmacy rep tells me I can’t sit at the window and wait but then proceeds to not come back to the window to help or even check to see if anyone was at the window other than me! Never apologized for the wait time or anything! DO BETTER!

Went in there tonight for a few items and the older lady up front with the short hair on the register was borderline rude. Ask her how her night was going and she totally ignores me. Also staff or following me around like I was going to steal something probably because I have a few tattoos but none the less made me feel very uncomfortable and I won't be going back in there. They need better customer service and if you're going to watch someone you at least need to be a little more inconspicuous the staff member who walked back and forth by me 36 times while I was picking my product was kind of a giveaway just saying..

I had 3 prescriptions sent in yesterday and was able to get 2 of them. The third one; an Epipen they could not fill due to my insurance. I was told this around 1p. Well I go to Walgreens and they called after 2p to have the prescription sent to them. At 3:30p I went by Walgreens no prescription. I called around 7:15 p still NO prescription sent to them. I tried calling the pharmacy at CVS 3 times NO answer. This is ridiculous I need the Epipen in case I have another allergic reaction. If my prescription is not sent to Walgreens by tomorrow morning; I am definitely going to complain to the Better Business Bureau and their corporate office. I don’t like to complain but this leaves me no choice!!!

I recently moved to MS and had my prescriptions transferred to this CVS, when I went to pick it up I was told they no longer accept good RX discounts on narcotics due to the excessive use of people using the discount, my insurance covers the medicine but it is $90 out of pocket, with the GoodRx discount it’s $25. The way this economy is I’m just trying to save money every where I can. I will no longer use this CVS for anything and will have everything transferred to Walgreens!!

The last time I picked up a prescription it was wrong, it was supposed to be for 90 tablets and I was given 3 tablets in the bottle. The time before there was 2 different prescriptions filled, only needed one and not the other, gave me the wrong prescription. They are always rushed and short handed. Switching over to Walgreens.

Never on time with refills, when the automated text from CVS tells you that your meds are available for pickup, then you arrive and find out only one prescription out of 3 was ready, then it takes 2 more days for them to unload the shipment. When asked about the text notification service, employee states that it is wrong frequently and to not trust it. Then today, calling about my prescriptions that were called in yesterday, with one medication that was not filled, the employee repeatedly tells me that the text service will let me know when my medication that should have been filled yesterday, will be filled. Employee was unable to advise regarding when the medication will be filled, after they completely missed the prescription, which was called in at the same time as the other prescription, which is available. The level of customer service provided by this pharmacy for the last several years is of the lowest quality.

Poorly stocked. They have a few employees that are seemingly nice but some that are very rude. Seems the regional management for CVS in southern MS doesn't really care about appealing stores or good customer service. The pharmacy is hit or miss. Used the pharmacy once or twice. My review is mainly for the rest of the store.

Received a text at 2:30 from CVS stating that a prescription had been ordered and would be notified when it was ready. At 1:00 the next day I drove up to a stressed out technician and asked for an update on my prescription. I was told that the order was under "pending status" when asked what that meant, she replied that she didn't know. I then asked her when could I pick up my prescription and she replied to come back at 3:00. I came back at three and asked for my prescription. Someone else in the background said it wasn't ready and she didn't know when it would be ready. So I then reminded the technician at the window that she TOLD me to come back at 3:00. Talk about a meltdown. She went on a rampage about how she should never tell customers a time because she would be held accountable. (Maybe she should say "I don't know when it will be ready). I was then told it would be another 30 minutes. I asked to speak with an manager. I was then threatened that if I didn't move along she would call the police. In fact she had called the police the day before as another customer refused to move. (I wonder what happen in that situation). I told her that I was coming in to speak with the manager by the time I got to the register (about 10 minutes later) my prescription was ready to be picked up. (Miracle) This CVS store is clearly understaffed. The fact that they are means the current employees are stressed and feel like no matter how rude or how obnoxious they treat the customer they are untouchable. Rude staff, lousy service.

CVS pharmacy staff came through for us in a BIG away tonight. We realIzed our regular pharmacy was out of stock of a drug we desperately needed filled tonight. 30 minutes before closing time my husband called CVS. They transferred the script AND had it filled in less than 30 minutes! Thank you CVS for making life with a toddler who has a stomach virus a little bit easier! You guys rocked tonight.
