I've been seeing Mike's ever since I bought my used 2012 Chevy Cruze almost a year ago. Admittedly, I made a bad purchase because oh man does this car have problems hahaha.
However Mike's has been there for me every step of the way. They've done everything from installing new catalytic converters, replacing my turbocharger, carrying out various inspections and helping me out with the occasional coolant or oil leaks.
They have a warranty as well, so you won't get charged for simple fixes that are related to any recent problems they've addressed. I've always received excellent service from these guys. Their prices are reasonable for the labor and their warranty gives me peace of mind.
I swear that at some point, they'll have replaced everything on this dang car haha. But in truth, that just goes to show how knowledgeable they are about vehicles. Thanks for all that you do guys! :-)

Absolutely horrible! My mom and I brought our grand marquis there for what we thought needed transmission work, but they now say something about a cylinder. They have only ran one test on it and that was the first day we brought it there. They’ve had the car for a week now and it’s been parked in the same spot for the whole week other than that one day and we keep getting told tests are being done but the car hasn’t moved. Yesterday we went in there to ask what was happening and they told us to give them about a hour and they were gonna run one more test and give us a call and it is now the next day and they still haven’t called, so we are going to get it and never bringing it back to them. Also when we went in there all of them were sitting behind the counter not doing anything at all then when they saw us they all started acted like they were working. I absolutely will not recommend them for anyone else and the saddest part is they’ve done nothing and we still have to pay $140 to get the car back even though they’ve done nothing.

They did an awesome and timely replacement of my air conditioning system, also determined the issues with my brakes, discussed possible solutions and fixed the problem, Driving with confidence now and not braking 100 yards before I need to while enjoying a nice cold cab.. VERY happy with these people!

I wish I could give no stars. My daughter warned me not to go to them. I should have listened. I brought my truck in for a specific reason. I got a call that I needed a tune up and it would solve my problems. $1800 later. My truck is now worse off than before. I had it towed back to them. Now it's something else. That's another $600. A week later, now it's something else. Another $3000. They like to fix everything but the problem. Don't trust them. They will rip you off

First of all I never give five stars to any Enterprise. On the other hand this business I believe to be honest and fair. They have shown that over the years and times that I have taken my vehicles to be diagnosed and repaired.

Backed up their work and were easy to work with even when I wasn’t always the easiest to deal with .
Problems arise when communicating with multiple persons but this shop is solid and I have found someone I can count on to communicate effectively with in the future !
Thanks again for getting the work corrected and standing behind what you do which is hard to find in business these days !

Mikes Dependable was absolutely amazing. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. My alternator broke as I was driving from Tennessee to Texas. Mike was able to squeeze me in that day to get it fixed. His wife drove all the way to Louisiana to get a part I needed so I could get home to my dog that day.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
As for the price, 10/10 did not overcharge, completely fair.
I am so so thankful for everyone at Mikes Dependable for helping us out. I would 1000% recommend for anyone and everyone to go here.

Very nice people attentive to my issues which was an A/C problem. Turned out to be a compressor which was replaced along with 4 new tires. The car is running great and blowing cold air ?

They replaced my alternator and told me the belt needed to be replaced as well... I wasn't prepared for the cost of replacing the belt too because it would have doubled the price. Got the car back and immediately realized they broke the door handle... I let it go because it was already weak and they probably man handled it and thought it was already broken, my fault I didn't tell them you had to be gentle with it. 3 days later the belt popped and another mechanic has informed me there was a bolt and shim missing and a bent bracket... He said it looked as if it had been sabotaged. I don't know much about cars but that's not the way to get repeat business.

Worst experience I ever had with an auto repair shop. Certainly not dependable... dropped my car off to have the AC checked, then received a call its going to cost around 650, I said go ahead, then received another call a couple hours later it's gonna cost another 200 to fix, then another couple later, yet another call its gonna cost another 450 to fix. I told them I need my car so I paid 850 which they said I owed for the first 2 stuff they did and still don't have my ac fixed. The guy said he'll call me a couple days later with and wont charge labor for the additional part that needs changing. I'm yet to receive that call a week later...

Had brakes done and hub replaced because it was damaged by previous shop in Slidell when I had tires rotated last year. I'm new to the area and a neighbor recommended Mike's. I am happy to have a local mechanic now! The work was reasonably priced and they seemed to genuinely care. I highly recommend!

Will always come hear. Mike is one of the most and fair mechanic. This is the best mechanic shop with in at the very least 100 miles. The price the quality and the service is exceptional. Everyone there is awesome!
